Barren lands and Corner Plots.

If you know real estate you will know that the land is valued more than the cost of the building built in it. The barren the land the better priced it is.
Our theory follows the same logic, except barren lands here signifies bratts. Barren lands(read Bratts) get the best contractors(great females), and if he is a corner plot(has the health, wealth and has this uselessly silly cool guy attitude) he is more sort after.
According to our theory the easiest way for a guy to get a girl friend is to be a barren land, or if he already has a home built,he has to pretend to be a barren land, hence in the process attracting good contractors.
Barren lands are categorised into:

• Toxic Dump
• Rocky land
• Normal barren land

If a guy is a toxic dump(completely useless) he may put off the females, but that doesnt discard his chances.

A rocky land is hard work and hence more the chances. (Girls looking for little work many not prefer this type)

Normal barren land is easy work and has the highest probability of getting a good contractor.

For a built home pretending to be a barren land, its a risky proposition cause if the contractor finds out the true shape and colour she may cancel the contract which inturn increases the chances of a built home becoming a Ghost house. So timing is a key factor in this issue, the guy has to time his stage releases perfectly in order to make her believe it is all her work.

What can four friends bored to their spines come up with when they chat for a whole night????
The answer is, a thoery as to how some guys get girl friends and some dont......

Love and Construction was a theory that started of as a rough statement to become the most ultimate theory to define this scenario at best.

Assumptions:

• Girls like the idea of shaping up their men the way they want. They need a pet project to work on, and hence girls (Women in general) in our theory are called the contractors.
• Boys (Men in general) are the object in which girls work on and hence they in our theory are called by many names : Barren land(men who are brats and useless), Half built home(half brats and half responsible and mature), fully constructed house(A guy who is fully mature and responsible and knows what he wants from life).

The theory: Barren lands gets good contractors than a fully built house, because the freedom and scope for improvement in constructing on a barren land is much higher than an already constructed house.

This theory will be backed up with many examples and will contain eight chapters to start of with, they are:
